For makeup she loves the product she sponsors Sheer Cover. Sheer Cover is sold on infomercials. It’s one of the popular mineral makeup brands. It has sunscreen in it and Alyssa loves it because it does not clog the pores and stays in place even if you sweat in it. She likes Chap Stick because it stays on even if she eats nachos! Alyssa is way into sports ergo the Sunscreen, sweat proof makeup, and cult classic Chap Stick helps her stay beautiful at the baseball games. For comfort especially at sporting events she wears classic Converse low tops and a hat.

1. Run or jog to tighten the muscles in your legs. Milano boasts that she runs three miles every day.

2. Take a spinning class at your local gym. Spinning classes work your muscles by mimicking a long bicycle ride and Alyssa raves about the effects the classes have on her body.

3. Work with Gunnar Peterson, the personal trainer. Alyssa worked with him to get her body in top shape for an acting role and she loved his Core Secrets system.

4. Lower your intake of carbs or follow the Zone diet program. Milano does both.

5. Pay a visit to the L.A. gym Rocker's and join "The Ride" class with trainer Debbie Rocker. Rocker invented this specialty spinning class and often sees the actress in her class.

6. Add a 30-minute weight training session to your workout routine at least twice a week. To achieve her carefully toned arms Alyssa does 30-minute weight training sessions several times a week.
